'Fro Style



I'm a "young" senior, a child of the universe, with my feet firmly planted on U. S. A. soil. Growing up I wore my hair in its natural state. As I reached my teen years I started wearing the "straightened" look. Hot combs for days! In college I discovered the most comfortable style for me, my "Angela Davis 'fro." It was a beautiful thing, and so easy to maintain.

Since then I've tried the relaxed style, both short and longer. Never really cared for the texture of relaxed hair, just too stiff and "fried." So I eventually reverted to my old-school straightened style.

But as of late I wear it mostly in its natural state. Don't get too many pleased looks from the sisters, but I'm comfortable with it. And my hair is so healthy.
